In 2012 I discovered my passion for helping people with their fitness and health. After putting an end to my elite rowing career, I decided to run a boot camp in Cambridge for my workmates. They really wanted to lose weight, but they didn’t know how or where to begin.
We would meet at the local park three times a week where I would run their boot camps, and I gave them advice on their nutrition too.
After 8 weeks they had lost a combined 20kgs!!!! I was SO IMPRESSED!
I figured this was my calling, so in 2013 I became a certified Personal Trainer.
In 2014 I moved to Hamilton where I was contracted out of Flex Fitness, Te Rapa.
As the years went on I slowly began to run more group sessions and less one-on-one sessions. I loved the atmosphere and friendships made between clients along the way.
I decided I didn't want anyone to miss out on this lifestyle! So with a lot of early mornings and late nights I grew it into a community where everyone is looked after and is set up to succeed.
My job has never felt like a ‘job’. In fact, it's my passion. I love helping people keep fit and keeping them accountable, not just to me, but to themselves.

I am all about health, fitness, positive life changes, personal development and growth. There’s not much more I enjoy than seeing clients thrive and grow as people while journeying their chosen fitness path and watching them achieve their goals.
I have been a personal trainer for 4 years with my main focus being on:
- weight loss
- group style training with high energy/ motivating vibe
I moved to New Zealandmid 2018 and have grown to love it as much as I do my homeland Australia. (Although it’s a bit cold... haha!) But as for the food, the lifestyle and the people, I couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable experience and am absolutely loving my time here.
I have had a passion for health and fitness for a number of years and am currently on my own fitness and body sculpting journey. Later this year I am competing in my second bikini fitness competition in the WBFF ( World Beauty Fashion and Fitness ) federation.
I look forward to meeting you all on your own personal health and fitness journeys and giving you a push along the way.

We have a range of memberships suited for everyone. Whether your goals are to increase strength, fitness, drop excess kilos or finding something flexible for your well being - you have come to the right place.
We have locations in Te Rapa, Rototuna and Hamilton Lake.
There are programs and nutrition plans in place as part of your induction to get you started off on the right foot.
You also get access to our members-only private FB page where you can access our online content to implement the right habits and lifestyle changes to get you to your goals.

I have been going to Emily for many years. I don’t think any session has been the same in all that time! It keeps you interested to see what you are in. There is no way you would push yourself as hard if doing your own workout. The semi-private sessions of 4 are fun as we have banter (usually cursing Emily) but she can take it. We even go as far and call her mean Emily, but she just smiles as you have to remember she’s in charge so she gets the last laugh. Come join us and have some fun, get strong and fit. I first met Emily when I became a gym member ar Flex Te Rapa 2014 and trained with Emily throughout the years. She has been my biggest motivator who gives you nothing but 100% support, giving me the variety of training and workouts from Box Fit, HIIT, Boot Camps, Body Blast, Semi-Private PT Sessions, Group Hikes, Nutrition advice, personal programs and have been lucky to have one on one training sessions with her. Emily’s classes are for all fitness levels. I’ve really been benefiting from them. Feeling so much healthier, fitter and happier. If I can do them anyone can. You get to meet new people and have a bit of fun. Emily changes up the classes each time so they are not boring and keeps the body guessing. I have a gym buddy and we keep each other accountable. It’s awesome. Highly recommend it.
I have tried boot camp type classes in the past and never stuck at it. Since I turned 40 three years ago I have been sporadic with my exercise and nutrition. I didn't stick to anything. Emily's classes are different and have me hooked. The atmosphere Emily has created is awesome and makes you feel supported and can achieve your goals realistically. So so glad I joined this group in late Feb this year, I have come so far, regained a lot of fitness I had lost and am on a really good lifestyle trajectory thanks to all the help and training with Fast Fit. The group boot camps are fun, challenging and a great way to meet new people. Awesome value for the weekly membership.
