In 2012 I discovered my passion for helping people with their fitness and health. After putting an end to my elite rowing career, I decided to run a boot camp in Cambridge for my workmates. They really wanted to lose weight, but they didn’t know how or where to begin.

We would meet at the local park three times a week where I would run their boot camps, and I gave them advice on their nutrition too.

After 8 weeks they had lost a combined 20kgs! I figured this was my calling, so in 2013 I became a certified Personal Trainer.

As the years went on I slowly began to run more group sessions. I loved the atmosphere and friendships made between clients along the way. I decided I didn’t want anyone to miss out on this lifestyle! So with a lot of early mornings and late nights I grew it into a business.

 Fast fit is a community where everyone is set up to succeed.

Our mission is to help people create healthier lifestyles through fitness and health.
Through our trainers and sessions, we create a community environment where everyone feels comfortable. You book the time, days, locations and even trainers! It’s a lifestyle, made to suit you.
